Step 1 - Inspiration
- Watch our videos. Please view all of the videos as they contain important information on the calling as well as volunteer and patient testimonies.
- View our brochure and poster.
- Pray for conviction if you are to proceed to the next step.

Step 2 - Information
- Review our services and opportunities
- Read our THS handbook
- Read our volunteer agreement
- Review our calendar for dates (start, end, and vacation dates)
- Review our training and schedule
- Read our fundraising letter
- Items 2-6 above are available under the resources page.

Step 3 - Consideration
- How do I know God's will for my life? - To further understand God's will for your life, please download "The Thrill of Living Within God's Will" as you prayerfully consider the call.
- Now it's time to pray.
- Pray for Conviction - Pray that God will convict your heart if you are to join this project.
- Pray for next steps - Pray for actions to take in order to follow your conviction.
- Pray for providence - Pray for opened and closed doors as God confirms His calling.
- Let us join you in prayer - Send us a note that you are praying and considering this call. Include any barriers that need to be overcome so we can join you in prayer.

Step 4 - Application
- Download, fill out, and email us your application at registrar@THSvolunteer.com or fill out our online form.
- Download and forward the reference form to your pastor.

Can I bring friends to volunteer with me?
If you know people that are dedicated Seventh-day Adventists, and your group would like to learn ministry together and serve together, contact us and THS will consider the request.

Where do I volunteer?
Total Health Spokane is a gospel-medical ministry aimed at the Spokane/Coeur d' Alene corridor (In the Pacific Northwest). There are approximately 750,000 individuals within driving distance of this corridor. We believe the needs and heartaches and mission opportunities that you find in Spokane are an example of what you will find in any city in America.

How can I donate?
If you wish to donate for the needs of a specific volunteer, the best way to donate is to assist the volunteer directly. If you would like to be put in contact with a specific volunteer for this purpose please go to the contact section of this website and send us a note with your contact data. We will assist in any way we can. Donating directly to the volunteer in this manner is NOT tax deductible.
